You should on Data Access tab in your report definition add a class join with Data-WorkAttach-File class. Condition to join: WorkAttach.pxRefObjectKey == .pzInsKey

You can have a sub report on the Link-Attachment class with the a count column on pzinskey and .pxLinkedRefFrom as columns . In the main report on the Assign-WorkList you can have a join condition on .pxRefObjectKey in the Assign-Worklist is equal to . pxLinkedRefFrom on Link-Attachment class. You can get the count column value in the sub report to the main report for the attachment count.

or You can have same with pxRefObjectKey  in Data-WorkAttach-File class.
