How to utilize Customer Service and Marketing features in one application
We are planning to build one application which can utilize features of PEGA Customer Service and PEGA Marketing framework. How can we achieve this?
Can we just use the MBO(Multi Build On) feature to achieve this?
If we want to do it like this, is there any conflict or problem when build application upon PEGA CS framework and PEGA Marketing framework together?
