How to utilize Customer Service and Marketing features in one application

Hi Guys,

We are planning to build one application which can utilize features of PEGA Customer Service and PEGA Marketing framework. How can we achieve this?

Can we just use the MBO(Multi Build On) feature to achieve this?

If we want to do it like this, is there any conflict or problem when build application upon PEGA CS framework and PEGA Marketing framework together?

Really appreciate!

Yes, we can go with multiple frameworks built on.

Using multiple built-on applications breaks up common and stand-alone components into their own applications, and provides the ability to point an application to another application rule, helping to automatically update any required rulesets and versions across applications when changes are made. The use of multiple built-on applications also eliminates the need to use ruleset prerequisites, helping developers to avoid warnings related to the use of rulesets that use Application Validation mode and are located across multiple applications.
