How to switch Standard Agent access group

We have a requirment to run Standard Agent in context of a different Access Group which is different from the user who has queued the item. Can someone suggest the best approach for that?

Could you try to work with the Step page in order to set the correct context (Changing pyAccessGroup property value): https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v81/procomhelpmain.htm#methods/queue-for-agent/queue-for-agent.htm

I never tried myself. Another option would be to reopen the created instance in order to change the context from there.

These solutions are not working. If someone has done that before, can you please share the steps to do it.
