How to identify PegaCall pop from logs?
My application has a PegaCall 22.214.171.1243 integration.
Any new incoming call is logged on the PegaCTI-Genesys logs as below:
"Event [EventRinging] recieved."
However, there are times when the agents report they heard a ring but the call pop never came up. Is there anything i can look for in the any of the Pega logs that specifically tells me the Call pop was displayed?
Anybody else who have been facing this problem in your application? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

You can identify the events received to the browser by looking at the Console of the browser.
Alerting event followed by Handling screenpop request entry would be logged. refer to image:
If you want to make sure, you can put some loggers in screenpoppubliceventhandler HTML code and check in the console ..
