How can I use a calendar in my section

I want to use a calendar in my section like below. Also, I need calendar events such as scheduling, add meeting. Do you have any calendar sample?

Thanks for your help.

Hello Dear Bhavya,

Thanks for your response.

I could add calendar on my section but I couldn't add events. Because this button didn't work. I shared below. Calendar Definition button is passive.

Hello - I have the same issue. When trying to add the pxCalendar section by name, then going to the Parameters tab there are no parameters to add (i.e., the Calendar Definitions area is empty as in RecoD screenshot above).  Any suggestions??  I am using Pega 8.2

I was able to reproduce the issue at 8 version.

On inspecting the element we could see that the button is available but the image is not shown as the image is not available in the PRPC.

Follow the below steps to overcome:

  1. Enable the diagnostic feature from operator preferences.
  2. Log off and Log in again.
  3. In Binary file, search for pzrfplussmall10by10 gif file
  4. Download the file.
  5. Create a binary rule with below details

            File Type:gif

  1. Upload the download file.
  2. Save the file and check the scenario.

Let me know if the solution works fine for you.

Thanks! I believe that will work.  I discovered just before your response that there was (as you describe) an 'invisible' control there in 8.2 that would allow me to create a calendar and enter the appropriate data parameters.  I just had to click around in that area until I hit the right place.  The actions you describe should allow for that icon/control to be visible in addition to working once clicked.

Thanks again!
