Question

"File does not exist or cannot be read:" error in Connect-FTP Method

Hello,

While Using the Connect-FTP method, I am getting the following error - "File does not exist or cannot be read:Folderpath\" .

I cannot find any other threads with solutions to this problem and the files are definitely available in the folder path. Can someone please help me with why this is happening with Connect-FTP method. I have tried with a .txt format file.

Any kind of help would be really appreciable.

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

What Pega version is it? Are you following the RemoteFile instructions correctly: https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v82/procomhelpmain.htm#/methods/connect-ftp/connect-ftp.htm

Can we see your activity?

Hello,

I am using Pega version 7.4. I have already gone through the article you attached and followed the instructions but still I have the issue.

I have attached the screenshots here for your reference.

Please have a look.

I case you are facing an issue with the Remote path "test",  you can leave the Remote path field blank...

https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/configuring-pega-platform-transfer-files-pega-server-sftp-server

In the Remote path field, enter the destination path for transferred files on the SFTP server. Leave this field blank to transfer files to the user's root directory.

Hi,
Can you try with local file path without double quote and also with single slash.

Thank You,
