encountering error 535 (Authentication \Login Failed) with blank “Receiver Email Id” while trying to run a multichannel outbound campaign

encountering error 535 (Authentication \Login Failed) with blank “Receiver Email Id” while trying to run a multichannel outbound campaign.

All the configurations have been completed. The “Default” and “PegaMKT-Work” email accounts have been configured and tested successfully.

Please advise. Product: Pega Marketing 7.3.1

Hi Manas,

Thank you for posting query.

There are two types of Campaign -Outbound campaign and Multichannel Campaign.

Which campaign you have configured.

Is the email account configuration done for sender and Reciever.

Could you check if there are any errors in System Health Landing page .

Could you provide the complete log with the error?
Do any emails send or are none sent?

535 error was resolved by making changes to the email server setting and some property mismatch. But the email is still not getting delivered to the customer as part of campaign run. There are no errors.

Hi,

What is the status of Campaign run?

Do you see any entry in the PR_DATA_CORR_EMAIL  table, if so what is the status seen there?

In the Marketing portal navigate to Configuration --> Settings --> Channels --> Email --> Error Tracking. Let me know what do you see there?
