Question

Charts are not loading after update from 8.2.2 to 8.2.4

Hi,

i did an Pega patch update from 8.2.2 to 8.2.4. Now all the charts in the application are no more displaying. In few of them, i just see "Loading Chart. Please wait".

Any suggestion?

Hello, 

Can you see any error message on the tracer or on your logs? Can you resave the report for a quick try maybe.

Hi,

I have re-saved the rule in a branch for testing. This is the same issue.

i do not see any entries in the log and the tracer

Attached are the screenshots with the rule configurations. Should i raise a SR?

I checked for details in the SR and read that the issue got fixed by performing steps mentioned in the article-
