Cannot connect to PDC
We can no longer connect to PDC from our Pega servers. We verified that our traffic is getting to the internet and can ping the ip addresses associated with PDC but the soap test connect fails. PDC is now defaulting to the Enterprise tab view instead of the Welcome tab view. I tried clearing browser cache and reapplied the PDC URL from the Welcome page but neither worked.

We were failing because the intermediate certificate was different than the one we had. We added the new one and are now getting data to PDC.
