Can Pega Call be used without CS Framework?

We have a requirement to show customer details to the customer service representative when customer calls. We don't need other features of CS framework like service or intent tasks.

Can this be achieved without using CS framework?

Hi Abikash,

Can you let us the version of your platform and framework so that we can cross check with our SME's to confirm whether it supports or not in the version you are currently in.

Hi Mahesh - We are using Pega 8.2 platform. We want to use the latest Pega Call 8.2.

Abikash, I believe you already received an answer to this from the product PO. The answer is yes. You will need customize your application to pull in the needed rules for Pegacall to work.
