BIX - Extract Rule Filter Criteria not supporting py properties

Hi All,

I'm unable to use py properties under Extract Rule filter criteria.

eg: pyID, pyStatusWork, pyResolvedTimeStamp properties. As per the BIX User guide any exposed properties can be used in Filter criteria. These properties are already exposed in DB.

Any inputs to identify the rootcause would be helpful.

What is the class structure where you have created the BIX extract rules?

Do you see the property in the drop down of the field when you enter the property name?

Hi Vikash,

The class structure 'ABCD-WF-Work-Contact'. The property pyStatusWork is shown in the drop down fields as well.

Hi Vipul,

If the property is in the hierarchy of the class till Pega 7.4 in BIX extracts we cannot add. There is one hot fix which Pega will provide. But from Pega 8.2 few of the properties px pega is supporting but for py one cannot add even though it is appearing in the filter list. An SR should be raised.
