Attachments in Care Management
We are working on Care Management version 8. My question is regarding adding attachments on the CM Care Manager portal.
When I open a Member's patient 360 screen, I can add attachment by clicking on the Actions button on the right side. But, even after adding the attachment, I do not see it on the member.
Please let me know if I'm doing any mistake or if it's a bug OOTB. Check screenshots for reference.
