Activity triggered twice

Hi All,

We have an activity that is triggered every end of the week from Oracle. Our problem happened on its last run when the activity ran twice. We checked the oracle side and proven that it only sent the request once and received only one response. IHS log also shows one request from Oracle.

We are trying to find the cause for the Activity to run twice.

Does Pega have any timeout/retry mechanism for this kind of scenario?

We need to first understand how you are triggering the activity execution?

Can you please explain in detail?
