hi jayakanth

not sure if this is still your requirement, however you can achieve this my proving a button or link for Operator 2 when he opens the case inreview mode. and upon clicking cal a activity that calls new flow via start flow method, this process creates new assignment.

and to get the listview for operator 2,you can save the operator 2 id on wo as soon as it is assigned and write a listvieew to pick all the cases that have assigned operator2 value and case is in any other operator worklist... i.e query pzinskey with assign-worklist refobj.

The contents of a worklist or a workbasket are assignments, not work objects.

One work object can have multiple open assignments, for example, if there are two flows executing on the object, or if the flow involves a Split/Join.

For example, if the flow has a Split/Join shape, the flow can create an assignment on Mary's worklist (Review project budget) and a second assignment on Bill's worklist (Review actuals).

But if there is only one on open assignment, it is on only one list -- a worklist, or a workbasket.

Thanks for reply..

In my work flow in most of the senarios I have to display the assignments in two worklists. having split join in all the places will make the flow mess... Is their any work around with out split/ join...

Could you please provide some more details of what exactly you are trying to achieve? If you just want to show it in multiple worklist then you can play around the list view rule.

I’m my application I have option that a operator1 and operator2 both can work on the WO, which is assigned to the operator1.
In my flow I have routed to the operator1, Now I can create list view to list down the WO in the opertaor2 work list but when I open the work object is shows in review harness (Non- editable mode). I need to open the WO in perform harness.

Note: Operator2 is randomly selected by the User, hence I can’t have a workbasket concept.

You can assign work object with single user alone.
If you want assign multiple use work basket instead of work list.

Hi,

We can use Access when rule on Assign- ARO. Provide your desired logic in the access when rule and use that on open and modify instances (or more based on your requirement).
For example you can refer canPerform access when rule
