Hi Robert,

I had looked into the pyTransferAssignment flow action in detail and noticed in the Transfer to drop down list we are passing reAssignPage.pyAssignType as shown below,

TransferToDropDown.png

Here the reAssignPage/pyReassignPage is nothing but the temporary page to store the values of the assignment which is of Data-Reassign class as shown below,

pyTransferAssignmentClasses.png

So in this case you just need to pass the page of type Data-Reassign or the same page.

Kindly let me know if you need more help.

Mahesh

Hi Robert,

The "pyTransferAssignment" flow action allows a user to manually reassign the assignment to another Operator, Reporting manager, Workbasket, Workgroup or Workgroup manager. After a transfer takes place, the assignment will appear in the new assignee's worklist, so I think you need to provide any one of this type in the pyReassignType.

Kindly let me know if this information might have helped you.

Mahesh

Hi Robert,

I had created the new Case and configured the pyTransferAssignment flow action in it as shown below,

pyTransferAssignment.png

Then ran the case then this is the behavior you can notice as follows,

Kindly confirm us if this is what your requirement.

Midthuru,

I am not finding “pyReassignType”.  I found “pyReassignPage”.  Should “pyReassignPage” be populated the same way?

Best Regards,

Robert
