We are facing an issue where word merge inserts raw HTML content in the document. I found this link where similar issue was mentioned, although, it limits to inserting raw HTML tags only for balnk property values. https://pdn.pega.com/support-articles/word-merge-sporadically-inserts-raw-html-content-document#comment-141141. However, in my case, the values are available. Please suggest an approach to fix the issue? We have various templates in our application and following this approach seems a little cumbersome. We need to rectify the issue on urgent basis in a very strict time frame. Please let me know if there ia any hot fix for the same.

I faced similar issue while working on Pega 6.2 SP2. Root cause in that scenario was not having proper start/end HTML tags as we have included stylesheet (hard coded in a HTML rule) as well in the main corr rule.

Not sure how you configured word template in your scenario.

If you could share word template and related rules (corr) it might give a clue.

Not sure if you have already tried this, but one rude way of finding the root cause is including fields codes one by one to find out which one is causing this issue.

I am facing a similar issue on PRPC 7.3. The suggestion given in the article (https://pdn.pega.com/support-articles/word-merge-sporadically-inserts-raw-html-content-document#comment-141141) is cumbersome as we have lot of properties in our word template.

Do we have any hot fix for this issue?

Thanks.
