Testing SLA.

Hi All,

I have defined Service Level rule and added to work object by specifying the value to ".pySLAName" in Model.
But I would like to cross check that my SLA is working fine or not.
Please help me to find the solution for this.

Create workobject & dont resolve till your goal/deadline SLA time .
Write Escalation acativity in goal or deadline which will route to some user & then after specified time in SLA whceck in worklist of that user it should be avialble.

Or In clipboard also you can see pySLAName,pyGoaltime,pyDeadline time .

.hope this helps you to test workobject level SLA.

You can also update the PxCreatedDateAndTime property in Clipboard property ..to verify the SLA
