SLA for a screen flow

Hello there

Is it possible to use an SLA for a screenflow? Right now per my requirement, I am calling a screenflow from a normal process flow. The WO status vary in the screenflow screens and we need ability to configure SLA for those assignments.

Appreciate your inputs.

Resolution:

Pega provides application extension points whenever a work object / specific data object is created / updated / accessed.

For setting a SLA for screen flow,  Assign-.NewDefaults OOTB activity is customized at the corresponding implementation layer and modified as shown in the below image

Sorry that was an oversight, attached the complete activity. It is pxServiceLevelName that is used to identifiy the SLA. You wd also need to set the Goal and deadline explicitly.

Hi Balaji,

I have set Goal, deadline and service level name on the clipboard. But escalations activities are not getting invoked. How to fix this?

Thanks,

Satish.

You can set the SLA by opening the screen flow and going to the "Process" tab

This concept works when there is a single screen flow in the work object. My requirements have there being 2 screen flows in this work object, each one completed by a different user. Any ideas on how to handle this?
