SLA- Email needs to be send after 7 days

Dear All,

I have a requirement that need to send an e-mail after 7 days[like after 7 days from the case got resolved].

Please help me that how to configure this SLA and another point is, where we will store the value that after 7 days needs to be send an e-mail. In Pega, is any specific table to used to track all SLA related actities?

You can write an agent activity which checks for the resolved cases and sends email. You can set the agent run pattern to 7 days. And also checks against the resolvetimestamp with current date in the agent activity, If the resolvedtime stamp ad current date difference is 7 days then send email.

You can configure a wait shape based on status resolved and after that you can set a SLA to trigger email after 7 days
