SLA associated with a work object

Hi,
I'd like to define a service level agreement on the completition of a work object.
To do so I defined a SLA rule, I updated the access group for the Pega-ProCom agent schedule to include my application ruleset and then I set the property pySLAName to the SLA rule in the model.
Now, with the model updated, I'm not be able to go forward the process flow because the system throw this error message:
"** You are not authorized to open instance ASSIGN-WORKLIST COMET-FW-ACCOUNTSADMINFW-WORK W-1!FLOWPROBLEMS".

Does anyboby have an idea on how to associate a SLA with a work object?
Thank you,
Raffa

As I understand, your WO has been routed to the FlowProblem flow.

and as pega OOTB functionality the assignment is routed to the operator with with the role of system administrator.

Go through pdn article for SLA cocepts: https://pdn.pega.com/help-system/prpc/62-sp1/how-to-set-a-service-level-for-a-work-item

No need to update the Access group. just define pySLAName=SLA Rule name in the pyDefault Model.

Can i know your exact use case. Why are you trying to apply SLA on the Completion of a work object since it is already resolved ?

What is the business scenario ?
