Sending High-Importance mails to Lotus Notes mails

Hi,

Any one tried sending High-Importance mails to Lotus-Notes mails ids?
I am using PRPC v5.3, when I send emails with High-Priority, its working fine for MS Outlook mails but for Lotus notes mail these mails appearing with normal priority. Is PEGA supports Lotus-Notes mails for sending emails or it’s configured for MS Exchanging server only?

I am passing the parameter “Priority” as “high/HIGH”.

Thanks,
Bheem Rao P

The priority is currently set by adding an email header "X-Priority" with different values. If Lotus Notes doesn't support this you might search their documentatioin for a different header which will set the priority. You should be able to set your own headers by filling in the "pyEmailHeaders" list on the attachment page (see Data-Corr-Email.send) as an example.
