Routing to a Workgroup

I have a scenario where I need to send a request to all the people associated with a particular workgroup and ensure all the members of the workgroup have performed an action on the request.

Any ideas how to approach this?

Thanks in advance.

This is not possible with OOTB routing,

My thought process is below, Note, there may be a better solution that this always.

1.  Open your workgroup by obj open and get the list of operators

2.  Construct a flow which you need all the people to perform

3.  From your main flow, integrate this flow(Point 2) as a subflow shape with Split For Each configured.  Note this split for each iterates on the list of operator which you obtained from point 1.

4.   Mark this activity as a routing activity and use it parameterizing the work group name.

I guess the original questionner got his answer for now.

And yet, split-for-each subflows updates the same work object, which runs the risk of lock contention.

We're implementing the same thing here with subcases.

Is there an OOTB way of propagating updates back up to the cover?

We wont have any OOTB as of now in pega.

I belive if you follow the Harinath approach will  serve your purpose.

Best way is using Split for each.
