.pyCommitError: ** Database save using an insert f

when we run the flow we are getting the error .pyCommitError: ** Database save using an insert failed with all the flow action i.e at starting of the flow but we are able to view all the flow actions on the flow preview without any error.

Go to Application-->details Tab-->WorkTypes and change the workid Prefix .Save the application rule.Logoff anf login back hopefully the issue will be resolved.

i get the same error , but changing the work id prefix has not solved my problem I still get the same error.

As soon as i click create in the New Harness. I get 

  • pyCommitError:** Database save using an insert failed

Please check you clipboard data before the DB save happening. Make sure all the feilds have proper values and no null/Invalid values for the Keys of the table to which save is performed.

The problem is coming because PRPC is trying to create workitems with pyID (pzInsKey) and the pyID (pzInsKey) is already existing in database. pzInsKey is primary key

Make sure you are not making any explicit commits in our flow.

Verify all the roles and priviliges the user has to insert/update the db
