ldap authentication -- while log-in using LDAP url

While log-in using LDAP URL, we are getting below error, please suggest what action need to be take to resolve the issue.

cannot be null.  page: OrgDivision.  Details: Invalid value for aSource passed to com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.clipboard.ClipboardPageImpl.replace(ClipboardPage)

i have attached screen shot, please have a look and suggest.

Can you check Organization,division and Unit correctly mapped to LDAP as well as in PRPC?

If possible please share screenshare of the LDAP configuration as well as PegaRules log file.

Hi Rajasekhar,

Adding to what Ganga has mentioned above, you need to check the mapping tab of your Authentication service rule which probably looks like below

Depending on your business requirement you can map LDAP attributes on left and their respective PRPC OOTB properties on right.
