Instance of class Queue not found: SYSTEM-QUEUE-SERVICELEVEL.SYSTEM-QUEUE-SERVICELEVEL

Can somebody explain why this error occurs.

Recently,we have upgraded from 5.5 to 6.2. i haven't seen this kind of issue in 5.5

Can you post the full error message?
In database check if you have stored proc. "SPPR_SYS_RESERVEQUEUEITEM" and "SPPR_SYS_RESERVEQUEUEITEM_B".

We are getting error like: Database operation took more than the threshold of 250 ms: 1,423 ms SQL: {call sppr_sys_reservequeueitem_b ( ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?) } inserts: < > <2013-06-03 09:34:53.381> < > < > 

 

 

This was reapeated more than 10,000 times in te logs with in 2 hrs of time frame. I'm aware this stored procedure used in  asynchronous execution by agents. But not sure do we need to change at the Agent rule or any other. 

 

Any thoughts or help is greatly appreciated.

Hello Pras, For the issue that I mentioned above, after research we found, there are millions of assignments created and never purged from our Assignment Tables(pc_assign_workbasket and pc_assign_worklist ). Also, we found that there are huge number of records in SLA table(pr_sys_queue_sla), which are in either Broken or Null or Now-Processing state. these Numbers are very high than it supposed to be. After we dealt with these, system behaviour is improved.  I guess there is no HFIX as such for this issue, rather I belive its more of how our application designed and how we are handling our assignments.

So do you know the significance of this stored procedure ?

Also when you mention that you dealt with these , did you basically resolve the work items so that the SLA clock stopped and hence the unnecessary SLA counters and corresponding agent functionality got freed up ?
