Hi Praveen,
The following PDN article should help:
The "Using the wizards" section has information about the action's you're looking to perform. Looks like you can use the "Schedule Process" wizard on the Purge/Archive landing page to view the various scheduled jobs, create new jobs, and modify or remove existing jobs.
