Harness Not working after change to Spanish

In normal scenario, a user logs into the system and everything works fine. But just by changing the browser language to Spanish, I'm getting a javascript error on my home page. By debugging I observed that cause of this error is a HTML fragment(WorkFormStandard) that's included in the header section of every harness by default. Any idea how could we overcome this error?

Do you have any more details? a line number? a PRPC version #?

(Note that the PDN Forums don't prompt for the same information that the SR does. And perhaps that's why people like to post support questions here. But without this essential information, it's hard to help, whether we are Pega or 3rd-party helpers.)

FYI: This issue appears very similar to the one I raised on March 5, 2010, which was addressed by a HFix-2542.
