Getting exception while connecting to external DB.

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Could not determine Oracle version from product name 'Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.8.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP and Oracle Data Mining options
JServer Release 9.2.0.8.0 - Production'
at com.pega.pegarules.pub.database.DatabaseInformation.getOracleVersionFromProductName(DatabaseInformation.java:289)

What version of PRPC are you using?

We are using PRPC 5.5 and oracle 9.2. Have placed the ojdc14.jar but not sure whats going wrong.

Platform support guide indicates that PRPC 5.5 only supports Oracle 10g.
