Excel Sheet Parsing

Hi,
Im doing a application which needs EXCEL sheet parsing.
i have to read an excel sheet and i have to map the columns of excel sheet to the properties in the clipboard.
can any one please suggest the java code to parse the EXCEL sheet.

You can use File Listener to achieve your task. Following link will guide you about setting up File Listener :

What version of Excel? And what file format?

A Rule-Service-File and listener will get the file into your application, but can't easily parse XLS (Excel 2003) or XLSX (Excel 2007) files.

The easiest Excel format to parse is CSV files:

If your Excel file is not in that format, open it and Save As.. to Comma Separated Values format.
