IS any one can tell me what is this error;

I hope the issue is resolved by now. I believe the user doesn't have write access to this table which is the reason for the error. Try providing write access.

It occurs when the pxInsName property value exceeds the limit 128.
pxInsName property holds the value comprising the primary keys defined on that table.

If its possible try to increase to the size of the pxinsname in the data base ... this might solve your issue....

issue is because pega tried to insert the error value below in the pxInsName column. This is not your main issue, try to see the log if somthing has been thrown just before this step
