Error When Running the Flow

Could any one help me on this?

"This object cannot be written to the database; check to see if the Data-Admin-DB-ClassGroup record is missing or the keys are not filled in."

The error is self explanatory. Make sure you have Class Group defined

Go To AccessGroup>>WorkPool  See What is defined here.

Also, Look at the Class definition of the rule you are trying to create an instance for. What Class group that class belongs to?

 

All in Alll; Make sure you have class group defined. Application Accelerator takes care of the creation of class group but If you have manually created the Application then you have to define the ClassGroup.

I would try to create the Class Group rule again.

Hi,

I solved the problem as follows, if the class is a class group, go to SysAdmin/class/xxx and set in Key field for example pyID as Name and ID as caption.

Then it should work.

Also check if flow is created under a concrete class. Only concrete class can have key for pyID
