Declarative Network Analysis

It's a good idea to keep declarative networks small -- since PEGA0024 warns if it takes too long to load.

But I see two different pictures of the declarative network.

Within the SMA, I can see, for a given ruleset list (which roughly corresponds to application / accessgroup though these are not named here), all classes loaded in the cache, with all defined rules and watched properties. This is very useful.

Within the developer studio, when I run the Declarative Network Analysis, I see only a fraction of that information. I don't see the watched properties, for example.
