Database queries resulting in '502- Bad Gateway'. Is there a timeout?

While viewing reports in case management, the database queries are resulting in '502 - Bad Gateway' errors. Is there any timeout set for database queries?

We are on PRPC 6.3 SP1

Is the error occurs with the particular report definition or with any report definition?

Is the report querying Pega Database or External Database?

Hi Chunzhi,

It sporadically occurs with any report definition. The reports query Pega Database.

It is more likely your system is suffering some network problems, I suggest you contact with your network admin for further investigation.

Another check point is database resource, contact your DBA to see if there was any resource (ie. Conccurrent connections) shortage might occur ?
