Circumstancing the Harness Rule

I have requirement to circumstance my "Perform" harness based on a property value

I was able to save the rules without any problem.At runtime the "Perform" harness is not getting displayed.instead I was getting the below.

I am using PRPC V5.5 SP2.Kindly let me know if there are any known issues around the same

By any chance the property you are using holding a lengthy data?

Look for the length of the Column in DB for circumstanced property and compare it to the value you have passed during circumstance evaluation.

Check the size of the database column. easiest way: Go to Modifydatabase schema and check.
