Care Management Framework


Is Care management framework capable of handling calls like CPM, I know we can schedule calls, but not sure whether they are automatically handled like in CPM framework?

There is no automated handling of the outbound call. Not sure if CPM has one either. The idea would be to potentially hook into Phone Switch. But the scheduled call workitem is routed to the care manager's worklist and could be extended to a seperate outbound call workbasket.
