Agent Stuck at Now-Processing status

Queue items are changing to Now-Processing but are not processed by the Agent? It is stuck at Now-Processing status, any one has any idea on that?

Hi,

In the PR_SYS_queues table get the pzinskey of the corresponding entry which is in "Now-Processing".

Obj-open-by-handle the pzinskey to get the error .

Did any of u resolve this issue. For us agent is not picking up the queue item from the queue, it remains with zero attempts in the queue . Agent is running and not even going to broken queue.
