Customer Service Ready Badge needed for LSA Readiness exam?

In the Lead System Architect Readiness Exam page, one of the prerequisites mentioned is Customer Service Ready Badge.
Wanted to confirm if that is needed before appearing for LSA Readiness Exam or is it needed before appearing for LSA Architecture Application Build? Or is this really a "mandatory" thing for the LSA path?

Also, after completing the courses, how can I get the badge status associated to my personal email account to which my other certifications are associated with?

It is required to have earned the Customer Service Ready badge prior to taking the LSA Readiness exam. Earning the Customer Service Ready badge will help, as the exam topics include customer service application configuration. You can view the exam blueprint at: Regarding associating your badges with your personal email account: In order to associate your badges with your personal account, you must take the training with your personal account. Keep in mind that if your badges, training, and certifications are associated with your personal account, your work organization will not have that information included in their reports.
